Living in the Last Days

Does it feel like the world has gone crazy? The Bible explains why. Every day we see Bible prophecy unfolding in front of us. Paganism and violence are rising, Israel is at the center of the news, deception is everywhere, and we are moving closer and closer towards globalism as the stage is being set for the rising of the Antichrist.

We've read the last chapter and we know that God wins. The Bible teaches that God will remove His Church before He pours out His judgement on the earth and on the antichrist. However, before that happens, things are likely to get tough for Christians. That's why it's important to take a stand today. Are you prepared to choose Jesus no matter what the cost? What if your family rejects you? What if you are cancelled, shut down, or fired? In many countries Christians are imprisoned or even killed for their faith. Are you prepared to lose everything for Him? Now is the time to decide.

There's no time to be lukewarm in these last days. Jesus is returning soon. How should we live in light of this? First, we must reject evil. There's no room for compromise. If there is sin in your life, repent! Follow God with your whole heart and separate yourself from evil. Second, educate yourself. Know what the Bible says. Keep up with current events—don’t bury your head in the sand! Find trustworthy sources for teaching and information. Here are some of the resources I personally use. For general news from a Christian perspective I follow Not the Bee. To keep up with what is happening in Israel I follow Amir Tsarfati on Telegram. I also subscribe to his YouTube channel to hear his end-times teachings. Two other great resources the Prophecy Pros podcast and Jan Markell with Olive Tree Ministries to help make sense of current events and how they fit with Bible prophecy.

Third, be salt and light.. Once the Church is removed, evil will come rushing in like a flood, but our task is to slow the decay. Salt is a preservative. Some say that Christians should not be involved in politics but that’s wrong. Many Christian men and women are called to be salt in the political world. Politics won’t save us, but they can slow the decay until Jesus comes for His church. Be salt by resisting evil, speaking up, voting, and fighting for what is right.

We are also called to be light. We are God's representatives of His Gospel. Don't be silent—everyone has a circle where your voice can be heard. Whether it's your family, your friends, your neighbors, your coworkers, or a larger platform, be a light!

May God bless you as we wait for our blessed hope, the return of Jesus, our savior and messiah!
